In this video we share about what we do when we have a feeling of anger, upset, frustration, etc. inside of us that feels linked to one another. We have both had a long time experiencing relationships in our lives, from not-so-healthy ones, to very healthy ones. We’ve noticed what seems to work for us well in terms of feeling how we are feeling, expressing ourselves, and ultimately getting more of what we want. What we have found we want above all with one another is intimacy, love, closeness, compassion, and a safety that anything we could be feeling is OK. In this video we share about how we are able to connect with one another, in some of the hardest times, to keep moving forward together in a compassionate, loving way.
