Today I gonna share with you one of my booty rootings which I did when I was training at home.
This workout is great for beginners . You don’t need any equipment and you can do it anywhere.
First of all we will do the releve to worm up our booty and leg muscles. 🔥
We are going to do 3 sets and each set we will increase our speed.
1 set : 10 reps; slow speed
2 set : 20 reps; medium speed
3 set : 30 reps; hight speed
1. Squat + kick to the side (3 sets of 20 reps, 10 seconds rest between the sets)
2. Donkey Kicks ( 3 sets, 20 reps of each leg, no rest between the sets)
3. Split Lunges ( 3 sets, 10 reps on each leg, no rest between the sets)
4. Glute Kickback (3 sets, 15 reps of each leg, no rest between the sets)
5. Squat Jumps (3 sets, 20 reps, 10 seconds rest between the sets)
Don’t forget to stretch after workout. It helps you to achieve best results faster.
